in development, sales and management of retail, industrial and residential communities. He has recently been involved
with more than 200 Million dollars worth of projects including 3 major I-75 Interchanges, previous involvement with the
Newport riverfront, several Eden Park area developments, as well as the Main Street Entertainment District. Andy brings
unique expertise to The Edge with analysis, conceptualization and design capabilities honed on both national and
neighborhood levels.
Denis L. Back - Architecture and Design (top right)
Denis Back has been the architect for over 550 residential, industrial and commercial projects, including the St. James
high-rise, Meridian high-rise, Tusculum Row and New England Court. Other high profile projects include Closson’s, Victory Row, and the South Shore Master Site Plan. Denis is a registered architect in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a member of the American Institute
of Architects.
